Adjust Bill Balance to Zero

This function sets any balance to zero, and is the easiest way to clear a negative balance from patron account.

  1. Click Bills in patron account.

  2. Select the bill line item and click Actions → Adjust to Zero.

  3. Click OK/Continue.
