All existing Reporter interfaces, except for the actual report output, have been reimplemented
using Angular to match the rest of the staff client.
To ensure templates work in the updated reporter we will be replacing the shared templates.
All templates in the Sitka templates folder will be new. Core templates will be available on
April 7th and additional templates will be added in the weeks following.
Field display order and output sort order are now separated, and can be controlled independently.
Nullability has been simplified, presenting the template creator with a choice between INNER
join (linked required on both tables) and LEFT join (only the “parent” table is required to
have a contributing row).

Security improvement - restricted access to report output. Staff with reporter permissions are only able to view reports they have run, folders they own & folders that are shared with them. This means that any reporter output you wish to share with other staff must be stored in shared output folders. This is the case even if staff have the “View Output” permission and get the email link sent to them.
