Serial Copy Templates specify the item attributes that should be applied when a serial copy is received. You must create at least one template to receive serials.

Create a Serial Copy Template

  1. Click Administration → Serials Administration → Serial Copy Templates.

  2. Click Create Template.

  3. Enter a Template Name.
  4. Choose the item attributes for this template.

  5. Click Save.

Edit a Serial Copy Template

  1. Click Administration → Serials Administration → Serial Copy Templates.
  2. Click the check box beside the template you want to edit.

  3. Click Actions → Choose Edit Template.

  4. Edit the item attributes for this template.
  5. Click Save.

Delete a Serial Copy Template

  1. Click Administration → Serials Administration → Serial Copy Templates.
  2. Click the check box beside the template you want to delete.

  3. Click Actions → Choose Delete Template.

Note

Serial Copy Templates that are being used by subscriptions cannot be deleted.
