Create an Evergreen Self Check account

1. Log in to Evergreen using a workstation registered to the requestors home library

2. Go to Circulation → Register Patron

   1. create a user with profile using one of the Self Check profile groups and barcode/username of the form shortnameselfcheck.

      1. Use "BC Pub Self Check Login" for all BC Public Libraries
      2. Use "Self Check Login" for any other library
   2. Enter a temporary password in the account.
3. Use the library’s email address in the account so they can do a password reset.
4. Record the account information on the wiki https://wiki.libraries.coop/doku.php?id=sitka:support:self_check
