Chapter 5. Record Loading

Tickets with bibliographic or patron records to be loaded

Process

  1. Ticket is received
  2. Move to Sitka Record Loading Queue
  3. Set ticket priority = Low
  4. Add Library tag

  5. Add EG-Tags

    1. Bibliographic records = Cataloguing
    2. Patron records = Patron
  6. Add Library main RT account to Requestor

Patron records will be loaded daily

Bibliographic records will be loaded on Wed & Friday
